Fair Campgrounds

There will be a special meeting of the Gallia County Agricultural Society to review and accept or reject the livestock building bid, on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 8PM at the Ag Center.

The Gallia County Jr Fair Campground offers 200 available sites having full hook up (electric, water, sewage) with 30 & 50 amp capabilities. There is a dumpster on site for tenants only to dispose of trash properly. We do have a shower house and a pond on site (catch and release only). There are picnic tables available; yet, it is expected of the tenant to carry to and from the site location.

No primitive or tent camping is allowed.

You can find our campground by turning onto Merrill Evans Way, just off Jackson Pike, directly beside The Shake Shoppe and follow the blue camping signs to the top of the hill. The Gallia County Junior Fair provides every county youth with an opportunity to exhibit his or her talents and be recognized. It is the culmination of a year of hard work by the youths and their adult leaders; an exhibition of cooperation and constant effort on the part of both county and city residents; and is the goal and the end result of the Gallia County Agricultural Society.
